Overview:

My name is Mohammad Rafienia. I was born in Isfahan in 1976. I graduated from high school in 1993 and after that, I entered Isfahan university of technology. I have done my bachelor of engineering in metallurgy in 1998 with an excellent degree. Then I accepted in Amirkabir University of technology for Master of sciences courses in biomedical engineering (biomaterial). I continued my education in Ph.D. in Amirkabir University of technology in biomedical engineering (biomaterial). During my Ph.D., I received a scholarship from the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (IUMS). Once I graduated in Ph.D., I started work at IUMS.
Now I'm a full professor of School of Advanced Technologies in Medicine in IUMS, and head of the Department of Biomaterials, Nanotechnology and Tissue Engineering, and biosensor research center.
My favorite areas of research are Tissue Engineering, Biomaterials, Drug delivery systems, and Multidisciplinary Scientific Researches.
My favorite hobbies are reading books about astronomy and space sciences, also, I like sports such as badminton and swimming.
