Dr. Fahimeh Ghasemi is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Bioinformatics and SystemBiology at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Dr. Ghasemi earned her PhD in Biomedical Engineering (Bio-Electric) at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences with a research focused on computational drug design ( QSAR) using deep belief networks. She has been working extensively in the area of Statistical Modeling and Deep Leaning Algorithms in the Bioinformatics (Specially computational Drug Design). She has background in Biomedical Image and Signal Processing.
