Parvaneh Khorasani currently works as faculty member of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. She does research in Allied Health Education, Leadership and management of Health Promotion and Patient education services as well as nurses' role expansion and development in Iran. She has experiences and publications in Epidemiology and Community health Nursing. Her latest team project was 'Development of a National Road map for Nurses' specialist role in Iran". The first sub-project of this Project was "Identification of factors associated with developing nursing specialist roles in Iran's Health System & it's framework: A Qualitative Study" The project highlights and Results of The framework for developing Nurse Specialist Roles in the health care system of Iran is accepted & in press:Nursing Outlook https://doi.org/10.1016/j.outlook.2019.06.012.................... She was starting a new position as Clinical-nurse Attending faculty member of the Community Health Nursing department of the Nursing School for Integrating Levels of prevention in clinical setting and expanded nurses' role in Health education/ disease management and prevention. she recently established a Health Promotion and prevention Clinic for diabetes and Hypertension" in Amin Hospital Non-communicable Preventive Clinic and started co-ordinations and networking for integrating Health deputy and treatment sector through Nursing empowerment and Capacity building in Health care systems and services.. ..
