I am Mohammad Bagherniya, Ph.D. in nutrition sciences, assistant professor of nutrition in the school of nutrition and food science, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran. I have worked in ICU sections of Mashhad and Isfahan hospitals for 3 years as a nutritionist and dietitian, and I and my team have designed and implemented several projects regarding nutrition sciences, particularly in the field of nutraceuticals, medicinal plants, and herbal medicine on different aspects of human health (several projects currently are ongoing, focusing on curcumin and propolis).
