Relevant Work Experience :

My research is focused on decreasing Theory Practice Gap in nursing education, especially through Action Research projects. I’m interested in using Cooperative models in students' education, clinical educational approaches to empower the nurses and to establish a learning culture in the clinical environment. I am also interested in doing research in patient safety and management in nursing.
