Relevant Work Experience :

My research is focused on ‘Patient Safety’. Patient safety is a priority for healthcare organizations across the world and it is a key step in providing a good quality of care. Patient safety is the prevention and reduction of adverse events or injuries arising from the processes of healthcare. My patient safety research is mainly on medication safety,medication error and  safety culture. Also, I do research about clinical nursing education and strategies for improvement it.
